1. Do I need to assemble or tune it after receiving it?

A: Not at all. The butterfly is fully tuned before it leaves the factory. Just charge it and fly – it’s that simple.

2. Is it hard to control? I’ve never flown an RC aircraft before.

A: It’s designed for beginners. The controls are intuitive, and the flight speed is slow and gentle – very easy to master. We do recommend practicing the throttle control in an open space a few times.

Damage caused by the user (including disassembly, modification, improper operation, crash, or water ingress), or the absence of valid proof of purchase (e.g., order screenshot or invoice), will not be covered under the free warranty.

Warranty coverage applies only to damage caused by non-human factors (e.g., manufacturing defects). The following warranty periods apply:

• Flight control board: 5 months

• Servos: 5 months

Consumable parts — wings and batteries — are not covered under warranty.

All flight control boards and servos are tested before shipment. Please inspect and test the product within 12 hours of delivery. If a quality issue is found within this period, we will cover round-trip shipping for a free replacement.

If a quality issue is identified after 12 hours but still within the warranty period, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
