If you are concerned about minor appearance flaws, please do not place an order.

**Warranty Period**

The Meepo electric skateboard comes with a **180-day warranty** (excluding damage caused by human factors), starting from the date of order confirmation.

**Warranty Coverage**

① **Covered under the 180-day warranty:** Motor, controller, battery, charger.

② **Not covered under warranty (consumable parts):** Wheels/tires, bearings, grip tape, bushings/PU, charging port/cover, and other consumable components.

**Rules for Determining Human-Induced Damage**

① Damage caused by impact (with clear impact marks), unauthorized modification or DIY, abnormal use, or external force is considered human-induced damage.

② Damage caused by misuse of the product, exposure to abnormal environments (e.g., heavy rain, direct sunlight, high temperatures, acidic conditions), or failure to use original accessories correctly is considered human-induced damage.

③ Damage to the motor, battery, or electronic control system caused by water ingress is considered human-induced damage.

**Other After-Sales Policies**

① The buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs for inspections/repairs.
